The Three Hundred Seventeenth, November 13, 2011

people watching in airports
source of abundant fascination
amplified condensed diversity
society viewed in microcosm

all shapes sizes colors genders
attitudes volumes manners
smorgasbord of languages
international flavor spice free

  1. As you watch others, it seems that you enhance the condensation of your words. This poem seems to be an intense pleasure.

  2. Sometimes when we eat food, we eat because we are hungry. Sometimes we are thrilled with the taste of what we are eating and want to relish every bite. Sometimes we are curious as to what it might taste like. I'm sure there are more analogies.

I like how the condensed diversity leads to condensed word use.
